All Cummins Onan Generators are started by a remote control that can be fitted INSIDE your motor home or caravan. This means that the days of standing out in the rain to start your generator are over. The features of the new Energy Command Control Panel also enable the generator to be pre-set.   Eg. If you are out in the bush, fishing, exploring etc, the generator can be pre-set to start at 5.00pm, so when returning to your vehicle at 6.00pm, the air conditioning has been running for an hour, imagine the relief, walking into the cool air after all that heat!  There is also no need to pull a cord to start any generator in the Cummins Onan range AND the generator stays in position - no need to remove generator or open bin doors to run it....................how convenient!

While actually on the road you can run your Cummins Onan generator to charge batteries, run air conditioners etc.
